Can Black Ops multiplayer run without single player?

I REALLY need some free space on my HDD. I’ve completed Black Ops single player plenty of times and now I just play multiplayer. If I uninstall single player, will I be able to run multiplayer?

Yes It Can, just delete your single player account, yet I believe with pc games you can move memory to a CD? Try Putting You CODBO Folders inside the disc, install it, then move it to the disk. Single Player Does Not Affect Multiplayer, tried it out before, nor nazi zombies, so to save more space, just move most files to a cd for the acievements, or just delete your single player file, and type the code 4 all 3 nazi zombies maps in computer.

Press aim and shoot button multiple times, you’ll get out of the chair, goto the computer, then type in the code: “3arc unlock” (Also Put Space between as showen) then it should unlock every mission and nazi zombie mode map, or just type “DOA” For “Dead Ops Arcade”
