Newsmy/Newman a5 mp4 player black screen cannot access flash please help?
only black screen and no response, cannot access flash drive so unable to flash firmware to fix it. please help

Make sure it’s got power. Leave it charging overnight.
Try it on a different computer.
Get some contact cleaner from your local computer shop or department store. Spray the connection area of your mp4 with it turned off (I guess it is permanently off). Let it dry for an hour. Then try it again.
That’s the best I can do. mp4 players are fragile pieces of electronics are made to be disposalable. It’s good for the mp4 company.
